Welcome to Aura Newport Ltd. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Our Services

Aura Newport Ltd provides luxury beauty treatments and "Fire & Ice" recovery services, including but not limited to saunas, ice baths, and Banya rituals. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services without notice.

2. Health & Safety (Thermal Suite)

Your safety is our priority. Participation in our Recovery Hub (Saunas and Ice Baths) is subject to the following:

  • Medical Clearance: You must not use the thermal suite if you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, are pregnant, or have any undiagnosed illness. If in doubt, consult a doctor before booking.

  • Assumption of Risk: By using the Monk Ice Baths and Oceanic Saunas, you acknowledge the physical demands of contrast therapy and agree that you do so at your own risk.

  • Alcohol & Substances: For safety reasons, we strictly prohibit the use of our thermal suite by anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We reserve the right to refuse entry without a refund.

  • Hydration: We recommend staying hydrated before and after your session.

3. Beauty & Aesthetics

  • Patch Tests: For certain treatments (such as brow tints or specific facials), a patch test may be required 24–48 hours in advance. Failure to attend a patch test will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

  • Meticulous Craftsmanship: While we strive for perfection in every treatment, results may vary based on individual skin types and aftercare.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Fresha System: All bookings are managed via the Fresha platform. By booking, you agree to Fresha’s terms of service.

  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 50% to 100% of the service cost.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is seen on time. The full service fee will still apply.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP and are subject to change.

  • Founding Member Rates: Any "Founding Member" discounts are valid for the initial period specified at the time of signup and are non-transferable.

6. Conduct in the Sanctuary

Aura Newport is a sanctuary for total restoration. We ask all clients to respect the quiet and privacy of others. Any aggressive or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other clients will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aura Newport Ltd shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by our proven negligence. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
