1. Our Services

Aura Newport Ltd provides luxury beauty treatments and “Fire & Ice” recovery services, including but not limited to saunas, ice baths, and Banya rituals. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services at any time without prior notice.

2. Health & Safety (Thermal Suite)

Your safety is our priority. Participation in our Recovery Hub (saunas and ice baths) is subject to the following:

Medical Conditions:
You must not use the thermal suite if you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, are pregnant, or have any serious or undiagnosed medical condition. If in doubt, you should consult a medical professional before booking.

Medical Disclosure:
You confirm that all medical information provided is accurate. Aura Newport Ltd is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

Assumption of Risk:
By using our thermal facilities, you acknowledge the physical demands of contrast therapy and agree that you do so entirely at your own risk.Alcohol & Substances:
Use of the thermal suite under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse entry without refund.Hydration:
Clients are advised to remain hydrated before, during, and after sessions.

Age Restrictions:
Clients must be aged 18 or over to use the thermal suite. We reserve the right to request ID.

3. Beauty & Aesthetics

Patch Tests:
Certain treatments require a patch test 24–48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to attend a required patch test may result in cancellation of the booking.

Results Disclaimer:

Individual results may vary depending on skin type, condition, and aftercare. No specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

4. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

Booking System:
All bookings are managed via the Fresha platform. By booking, you also agree to Fresha’s terms of service.

Deposits:
A deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be charged 50%–100% of the service cost.

No-Shows:
Failure to attend an appointment will result in loss of deposit and may incur the full service charge.

Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced or may be refused treatment. Full charges will still apply.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and are subject to change at any time.

Founding Member Rates:
Any founding member or promotional pricing is non-transferable and valid only for the specified period.

6. Membership Terms

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.Sessions included within memberships must be used within the applicable billing period unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions do not roll over.Aura Newport Ltd reserves the right to amend membership pricing, benefits, or terms with reasonable notice.

7. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

Aura Newport is a sanctuary for relaxation and recovery. We ask all clients to respect the comfort, privacy, and wellbeing of others.We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any treatment if a client’s behaviour, health condition, or conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. No refunds will be provided in such cases.Any aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or other clients will result in immediate removal and may result in a permanent ban.

8. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Aura Newport Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aura Newport Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property unless caused by proven negligence.We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

10. Amendments

Aura Newport Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
